Membership Form

Please complete the form below to apply for membership in “Two Rivers Musical Productions” community theatre company.

Terms and conditions: Memberships are renewed annually and are valid from Jan 1 to Dec 31 with confirmed payment or sponsorship through the Two Rivers Board of Directors. Membership fees paid on or after Sep 1st will be applied to the following membership year. Submission of this form confirms your agreement with the terms and conditions of membership.

Although payment is handled by PayPal, you DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to pay for your membership. Simply follow the instructions to pay using the PayPal portal, and then select to either pay via credit card or via a PayPal account. Your membership application will be accepted following payment.
